In addition to Ecom's expertise in developing colors to meet clients' goals, we have also created natural color extracts for specific markets. For example
- paprika extract NR2817 contains our natural rosemary antioxidant. As a result, it not only naturally colors snacks, but our antioxidant preserves color longer than standard extracts
- annatto extract NR4217 is particularly well suited to color margarine where allowed. With a recommended dosage of 0.1%, it is a very economical choice
- pumpkin color NR3023. Using a pallette of natural colors, our Development Lab created a concentrated pumpkin color for use in pumpkin pies
