Replacing Salt, Naturally

Ecom's natural flavor enhancers have been used in soup applications such as consommes, where customers want the health benefits of reduced salt, yet are still attracted to salty taste. Using Ecom's NR6916 salt replacer at a rate of about 0.5% achieves greater salt perception without adding sodium.
